The European Community's Regulation of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive is now in force for all covered products put on the market after July 1, 2006. For the past six months SP Industries' RoHS team has evaluated and addressed compliance issues related to this regulation.

After careful study we have determined that SP Industriesí products are not within the current scope of the RoHS regulations. Even though our products are exempt from the regulations, we have aggressively pursued becoming compliant, working closely with our plastics and electronics component suppliers. This is an on-going effort within SP Industries to provide the safest, most environmentally friendly, and effective products to meet our customers' needs.
