The Wilmad-LabGlass marketing team, namely Rich DiRenzo, Ralph Flachsbart and Ned Morgan, recently reorganized its responsibilities. The changes are effective immediately. Their new roles will be defined functionally rather than by the historical brand approach. The changes are designed to provide a more efficient approach to handling all of the various duties Rich, Ned and Ralph manage on a day-to-day basis. The restructured team is especially looking to increase the speed with which new products to market. To sum it up, Ralph will be responsible for new product development, product support, and training. Ned will handle the back-office marketing responsibilities (literature, ads, pricing, web site) and dealer corporate relations, and Rich will have an expanded OEM and private label role.

With these changes, the team expects to see more speed and consistency in the Wilmad-LabGlass approach to the marketplace.
