SP Industries is seeking an Inside Service Sales professional who is self-starting and highly motivated, with strong attention to detail, follow-through, organizational, and customer service skills to work with our Customer Service department on a temporary basis.
The incumbent must have the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve problems, manage workload and responsibilities, and work well independently in a fast paced multitasking environment. The qualified individual will be responsible for processing multi-brand parts orders, in-house repairs, returns, service dispatching, and daily communication between customers and support staff.
This position is responsible for accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers regarding the status of all orders, returns, and shipments. The successful candidate must have accurate keyboard entry skills, possess a strong attention for detail, and have excellent customer service skills. This position is the focal point for our Service force and provides all the necessary information to enable them to do their jobs efficiently.
